RAF Gan Remembered - Gannite Contact Database

ex-Gannite Contact Database NEW...I am still looking into a searchable database.. Hopefully not long now !!...NEW
OK, this is a second attempt to get some sort of ex-Gannite contact database, the other one having 'crashed' losing all the data ! That's the wonderful world of computers for you ! I have added a screen shot of the input screen to give you some idea of the input required. The input fields are what I think are the minimum we need, however I can add or delete fields as required. I have tested the database and it seems to be running OK, there is a facility to back it up so nothing (fingers crossed) will disappear into the ether ! I have started to populate from the Guest Book and once I have tested the search and list facility I will bring that on-line. As you will see the information is not too personal, nothing that most people haven't passed out over the net at sometime or other. A future use of the database would be to opt in to a regular newsletter on all things Gan and Addu Atoll, old and new ! So come on, there must be thousands of you out there who would like to keep in contact with fellow ex-Gannites. I have now added a rudimentary look-up of all ex-Gannites who have entered their details into the DataBase. I will titivate and make it more user friendly over the next few months.
